Big news coming from the University. UAA Chancellor Sean Parnell shared an update about the University’s support of Seawolf Hockey.
“I am excited to share our plans for Seawolf Hockey and our intent to build a Division I ice arena on the Anchorage campus. This year, I have committed funding for the 2024-25 hockey season and the entire Seawolf Athletics program. UAA is currently in contract with JLL, a national firm with expertise in assisting universities with public-private partnerships, who will guide us in building a Division I ice arena at UAA.”
